Key Responsibilities

As a Citizens Teller, you will be the face of our bank, providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your primary duties will include:

  • Greeting customers in our lobbies and providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere
  • Demonstrating technology to customers and helping them navigate our banking systems
  • Working closely with the branch team to ensure seamless customer experiences
