Job Summary

Celebration Chevrolet is seeking a highly skilled Advanced Transmission Technician to join our team. As a key member of our service center, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex transmission issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to identify and troubleshoot transmission concerns.
  • Perform skilled rebuilding and replacement of transmissions, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
  • Address issues with harnesses, valve bodies, and other transmission components, demonstrating expertise in repair and replacement.
  • Manage multiple bays efficiently, ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks and maintaining a high level of productivity.
  • Mentor and guide younger technicians, sharing knowledge and expertise to foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and dedication to the automotive field, delivering exceptional service.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced work environment, managing time effectively to meet deadlines and deliver quality results.
  • Prioritize tasks and work efficiently to maximize productivity without compromising the quality of service.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Advanced Transmission Technician.
  • Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to identify and address transmission concerns.
  • Expertise in rebuilding and replacing transmissions, repairing harnesses, valve bodies, and related parts.
  • Ability to manage multiple bays and handle a fast-paced work environment.
  • Passion for working on cars and dedication to the automotive field.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to mentor and collaborate with other team members.
