Responsibilities
  • Perform clinical duties, including vital signs, EKGs, and other diagnostic tests
  • Assist with front office duties, such as scheduling appointments and handling patient communications
  • Work closely with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care
  • Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements
  • Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program
  • Washington State Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C) certification
  • Minimum one year of experience in a physician's office or medical facility
