About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity to work as a RN Clinical Nurse in a fast-paced healthcare environment. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the delivery of high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities

    • Pursue ongoing education, complete competency assessments, and participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
    • Serve as a preceptor or mentor, sharing your expertise and experience with junior colleagues.
  • Research and Evidence-Based Practice
    • Contribute to the advancement of nursing practice by participating in research studies, data collection, and evidence-based decision-making.
    • Promote best practices, collaborate with experts, and apply research findings to improve patient care and outcomes.
  • Resources and Support
    • Proactively plan and coordinate patient care, identifying resources and mobilizing support to ensure seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.
    • Participate in protocol development, quality improvement initiatives, and efficient resource utilization to drive best practices.
Qualifications
  • Education
    • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure and Certification
    • Current RN licensure in Georgia or eligibility for multi-state compact licensure.
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Instructor or Provisional certifications also preferred.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
    • Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple responsibilities.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
