About the Role

SAIC, a leading provider of advanced analytics and intelligence solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Target Analyst Reporter to support a critical program with direct impact to national security. This position requires an active/current TS/SCI security clearance with Polygraph and the ability to pass an additional polygraph as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prioritize, assess, evaluate, and report information obtained from passive and active collection, network evaluation, and analysis, combined with related collateral sources to provide synthesized product to customers.
  • Write reports that may require significant editing, assistance in determining reportability of an activity, and locating reportable information.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of basic SIGINT reporting policies, SIGINT and collateral report repositories, and the ability to pull information from multiple sources and combine it into reports/products in response to requests by management and external customers.
  • Collaborate with Government personnel to ensure high-quality reporting and meet customer requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and nine (9) years or more experience; Master's degree and seven (7) years or more experience; PhD or JD and four (4) years or more experience.
  • At least 9 years demonstrated experience related to job description, with a high school diploma or GED, or an Associate's degree plus 7 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of relevant experience, or a Doctoral degree plus 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to draft and/or edit for release, finished serialized SIGINT product reports.
  • Knowledgeable of various technologies and/or topics to identify analytic vectors.
  • Experienced in the principles and methods of exploiting foreign communications and communication systems to identify, collect, analyze, process, and disseminate SIGINT information in accordance with established requirements and priorities.
  • Experienced in the use of software applications and databases associated with SIGINT report writing and target development.
  • Familiar with more advanced SIGINT reporting policies, e.g. the use of STI, unusual tearlines, Post Publication actions, RFis, etc.
  • Familiar with SIGINT and collateral report repositories and demonstrates incorporating independent research to enhance reporting.

Benefits

Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. SAIC accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
