Job Overview


CCWSG is seeking a skilled Advanced Practice Nurse to join our team in Greater Los Angeles, CA. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will provide proficient higher-level health care in Women's Health, Sexual Health, and Family Planning. This role will involve collaborating with physicians and other members of the healthcare team to provide complete physical examinations, review of systems, diagnosis, psychosocial assessments, and management of health-illness needs.



Responsibilities


  • Provide primary and specialty care to patients in Women's Health, Sexual Health, and Family Planning.


  • Conduct physical examinations, review of systems, and diagnosis.


  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.


  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.


  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical knowledge and best practices.




Requirements




  • Master's degree in nursing (MSN).


  • Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse, a certificate to practice as a Nurse Practitioner, and a Furnishing Number issued by the California Board of Registered Nursing.


  • Valid California Class C Driver License or the ability to utilize an alternative method of transportation when needed to carry out job-related essential functions.


  • Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).


  • Active and transferable Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration for the designated practice site prior to completion of probationary period.


  • Prior experience in Women's Health, Sexual Health, and Family Planning preferred.
