Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time LPN to join our team in a primary care setting. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will work directly with our primary care providers to deliver safe, timely, effective, and efficient patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with patients, providers, and other members of the clinical care team to drive quality outcomes for all patients.
  • Perform duties in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the primary care operations team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
