A Competitive Salary Package

We offer a highly competitive salary package to our senior emergency department nurse coordinators. Based on industry standards and location, the estimated annual salary for this role is $95,000 - $120,000.

Job Description

Emergency Department Clinical Nurse Coordinator Role

The clinical nurse coordinator ensures high-quality patient-centered care and coordinates all functions within the emergency department during designated shifts. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with admission and discharge processes
  • Participating in ongoing assessment of quality patient care services
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts and other managers to create an environment of teamwork
  • Supporting a patient-first philosophy and engaging in service recovery when necessary

Required Skills and Qualifications

Requirements for Success
  • 12+ months of supervisory experience in an acute setting
  • 24+ months of experience in emergency services
  • Trauma Nursing Core Course must be obtained within 18 months of employment start date
  • Registered Nurse licensed in the state of Texas or compact
  • Bachelor's Degree required
