Transformation Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Transformation Specialist to join our team at US Tech Solutions. This is a 3-6 month Contract to Hire opportunity in McLean, VA.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for Change Management in IT Implementation, with a strong focus on video editing and content creation skills. You will need to have experience working in Agile environments, creating training materials, storyboards, and scripts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement change management strategies for IT implementation projects
• Design and create engaging video content using Adobe and Camtasia tools
• Create training materials, including storyboards and scripts
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence is highly desired
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• 7+ years of experience in IT implementation, change management, and content creation
• Proven track record of working in Agile environments
• Strong video editing and content creation skills
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Adobe tools

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Additional Information:

This is a hybrid role, requiring occasional in-person interviews and meetings. The ideal candidate will have a dynamic personality, work well with minimal supervision, and be hands-on. A PROSCI ADKAR or other Change Management Certification would be a nice to have.
