About the Job
This role offers a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of adult patients with mental health needs. As a Psychiatric Care Coordinator, you will work closely with our medical director, nurse practitioners, social workers, nurses, and mental health clinicians to design personalized treatment plans that promote recovery and community reintegration.

Responsibilities
Our ideal candidate will perform a variety of patient care activities, including rotating shifts between the Co-Occurring Disorders Unit (CDU) in Webster and the Inpatient Psychiatric Unit in Southbridge as needed. This may involve working directly with patients, their families, and caregivers to address personal and emotional needs under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off. Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need 2 years of experience in patient care or a related field, and/or certification as a CADC. A high school graduate or equivalent is preferred, and American Heart Association certification for healthcare providers is required upon hire. Dr. Armstrong training is also required during orientation and annually thereafter.
