Job Description

At Domino's Franchise, we are seeking a motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our stores, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.



Key Responsibilities

Store Operations


  • Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies.
  • Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.


Staff Management


  • Supervise and train staff members to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Manage staff schedules and time-off requests.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.


Customer Service


  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.


Additional Responsibilities


  • Manage store finances, including cash handling and inventory management.
  • Monitor and maintain store equipment and supplies.
  • Participate in company-wide initiatives and training programs.


Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
