About the Role:

This dynamic role involves providing comprehensive dental care services to patients aged 0-100+, including routine exams, cleanings, and specialized treatments. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality dental care services, including examinations, cleanings, and restorative treatments.
  • Prescribe medication as necessary, collaborating with colleagues to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to refer patients to specialists and coordinate care when necessary.
  • Oversee day-to-day patient care operations, directing dental technical staff as required.
  • Maintain strict adherence to infection control standards, adhering to OSHA, CDC, ADA, and HIPAA guidelines.
  • Engage in health education, promotion, and disease prevention activities to enhance patient well-being.
  • Develop and implement personalized dental care plans for each patient, incorporating evidence-based best practices.
  • Maintain current licensure and certifications, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
