Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family medicine and be able to work autonomously in an outpatient setting. Responsibilities will include providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, and contributing to the growth and development of the team.
Key Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
• A Master's degree in Nursing with a focus on Family Nurse Practitioner
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse and certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner
• At least 2 years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner in a community health or FQHC setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• HIV training/experience a plus; Must have or obtain HIV certification
