Tire Sales and Business Development Professional

Job Summary:
This exciting opportunity is a Commercial Tire Consultant position at Border Tire in California. As a key member of our team, you will develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. You will identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial tire market, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
Main Responsibilities:

- • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial tire market.

- • Provide expert advice on commercial tire products, helping customers choose the best solutions for their needs.
- • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- • Bilingual in Spanish and English (Preferred).
- • Two - three (2-3) years of proven experience as a Commercial Tire Salesperson (Required).
- • In-depth knowledge of commercial tire products and the tire market in California.
- • Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- • Must have a valid driver's license and clean MVR record.
- • Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- • Phenomenal customer service skills: serve as a role model, trainer, and motivator in delivering excellent customer service to all customers.
- • Financial skills: sales-driven professional with the ability to control and understand costs and deliver results that exceed expectations.
