Sales Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Performance Food Group. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing assigned sales territory, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned sales territory, including developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Effectively communicate customer needs and preferences to internal stakeholders, including sales support staff and distribution center customer service team.
- Utilize Vistar's information system, laptop computer, and telephone to provide value to the customer relationship through presentation material, correspondence, and telephone calls.
- Ensure Vistar CRM system is utilized and updated as directed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 2+ years of sales experience in the food distribution industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
