Certified Nursing Support Associate

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) plays a critical role in supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care at The Portland Clinic. As a CNA, you will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary care team to ensure seamless patient transitions and effective communication.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional patient care and support through effective rooming and discharge processes
- Collaborating with RNs and Providers to ensure accurate and timely completion of patient tasks
- Performing various administrative and clerical duties, such as data entry and record-keeping
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Current CNA certification in the state of Oregon
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Current Basic Life support (BLS) Certification
