We are seeking an Advanced Practitioner to join our team in a Primary Care setting. As an experienced professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our clinic.
About the RoleThis is a full-time opportunity working as part of a Single Provider Clinic, providing family medicine, acute and primary care services to patients of all ages. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to patient-centered care, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients, including health assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
- Develop and maintain relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and emerging trends to continually improve patient outcomes and quality of care.
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field with current licensure in SC.
- CPR/BLS Advanced Practitioner certification.
- Experience working in a Primary Care setting, preferably in a single-provider clinic.
- A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
