Job Summary

Cedar Hills Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Intake Coordinator - RN to join our team. As a key member of our admissions team, you will be responsible for coordinating the intake process, assessing patients, and referring them to the appropriate care providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate admission, assessment, and referral of incoming patients
  • Provide technical assistance to the discharge planning process
  • Work closely with the Intake Director to ensure seamless patient flow

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with a bachelor's or master's degree in social services or a related field
  • One or more years of experience in a psychiatric hospital or similar setting
  • Licensed to practice in the State of Oregon as an RN, LMSW, LCSW, LPC, or related licensure
  • A working knowledge of the DSM-V and the Mental Status Exam
