About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Assistant to join our team at Foundation Medical Partners in Nashua, NH. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our healthcare team.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in the care of patients in person, via telephone, and telehealth modalities under the supervision of Providers and Registered Nurses.
  • Perform functions delegated by Providers and Registered Nurses, including administering prescribed medications, treatments, and immunizations, within the scope of practice as defined by applicable State laws.
  • Screen history and health-related information from patients and communicate findings to Providers.
  • Communicate Provider advice/instructions and plan of care to patients and families.
  • Document care activities in the medical record with accuracy and detail.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Completion of Medical Assistant program or equivalent experience of 3 years as an MA.
  • Current BLS/CPR training.
  • One year experience in a medical practice or healthcare setting preferred.
