Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is between $40,000 and $50,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.

Job Description

This role involves working with a group of campers and providing a fun, safe, and exciting camp experience. As an outdoor leader, you will participate in all camp activities, assist the camp director with daily tasks, and help ensure the physical and emotional safety of every child.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Ability to help children grow in character, experiences, and insights
  • Ability to guard the health and well-being of campers at all times
  • Capable of sustaining energy for participation in a full day's worth of activities
  • Prior experience working with children
  • Enthusiastic, responsible, dependable, consistent, level-headed, flexible, and calm in all situations
  • CPR/First Aid Certified OR willing to become certified before the summer begins
