Physician Director, Family Medicine

Tandym Group is currently seeking a seasoned Physician Director to join their team as a key member in the area of Family Medicine. This senior-level position involves overseeing the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives, providing clinical guidance, and driving the organization's commitment to excellence in patient care.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in program development in Quality and Safety and Implementation Science. They should hold certifications such as Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) or Certified Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA). Experience with Six Sigma, LEAN Management, and Risk Prevention programs is also highly desirable. The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from $270,000 to $380,000.
