MRO is seeking a skilled Help Desk Analyst to join our team. As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email. You will utilize the Salesforce CRM to document cases and monitor ticket activity to ensure timely resolution. Your responsibilities will include performing remote troubleshooting, determining the best solution based on the issue, and assigning users and computers to proper groups in Active Directory. You will also work with Desktop Support and Application Support for support-related items and troubleshoot issues to determine root cause, identify solutions, or escalate appropriately. Additionally, you will document processes and procedures and perform other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a Help Desk, desktop support, or application support role and excel in customer service with excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills. You will also have knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, Exchange email administration, Salesforce, SharePoint, and Office 365 suite, as well as familiarity with Google Suite and working understanding of TCP/IP networking and network devices. If you are a detail-oriented and effective problem-solver with a strong understanding of technical support, we encourage you to apply.
