Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Management Associate to join our team at Leoforce. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our inventory levels, ensuring accurate records, and performing regular stock audits.

About the Role

The Inventory Management Associate will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate inventory records, including tracking inventory levels and performing regular stock counts;
  • Identifying and addressing any discrepancies or issues related to inventory or shipping;
  • Coordinating with carriers to arrange pick-ups and ensure timely delivery of goods;
  • Preparing and processing shipping documents, including bills of lading and customs paperwork;
  • Providing excellent customer service, responding to queries and resolving any issues promptly.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent;
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role, preferably with experience in inventory management and shipping/receiving;
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software is a plus;
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment, communicating clearly with colleagues and stakeholders;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $58,000 - $68,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
