Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Influencer. This exciting opportunity is for an energetic and independent RN who is looking for a new nursing challenge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and source candidates to fill open registered nurse and other clinical-based requisitions.
  • Use technology-based search and sourcing techniques to identify top talent.
  • Partner with marketing, communications, recruitment, and other leaders to develop an aligned social strategy.
  • Create and manage multimedia content related to sourcing and generating prospective candidate leads.
  • Introduce and participate in brand reputation, new or refined employment option launches, and event promotion initiatives.
  • Act as employment experience concierge through a candidate's hiring journey.
  • Establish external relationships and maintain them through a customer relationship management database (CRM).
  • Consult with hiring leaders to clarify specific job objectives, requirements, and preferences.
  • Assess campaign and interventions, providing reporting, data, metrics, and insights to key stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Five years registered nurse experience, with a minimum of two years leadership experience preferred.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
  • RN License.
