Unlock Your Potential as a Leasing Professional

Picerne Real Estate Group is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Professional to join our team. As a key member of our marketing and leasing team, you will play a crucial role in connecting apartment home renters with our beautiful communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Secure Leases: Greet and tour perspective residents to secure leases using proven closing techniques.
  • Market the Community: Effectively market the community and communicate with residents using social media.
  • Conduct B2B Marketing: Conduct creative B2B marketing in the local community to promote awareness.
  • Market Analysis: Regularly survey and report on local market conditions to ensure competitive advantage.
  • Lead Management: Track and manage leads and perform aggressive follow-up with perspective residents.
  • Quality Assurance: Participate in physical inspections and property awareness efforts to ensure quality assurance.
  • Meet Sales Goals: Meet monthly sales goals.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service: Superior customer service and polished communication skills.
  • Self-Motivation: Must be highly self-motivated, available to work weekends, and have a sense of urgency.
  • Prior Sales Experience: Prior sales experience and proven academic success is preferred.
  • Education: A 4-year degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Background Screening: Background screenings required.
  • Work Schedule: 8:00am – 5:00pm, 3 days a week, days are flexible but Saturdays required.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Hourly Rate: $25 hourly
  • Early Release Fridays: 9 early release Fridays throughout the year
  • 401K Plan: 401K retirement plan with 50% company match
  • Company Sponsored Events: Company Sponsored Events
