We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to join our talent acquisition team at Regency Management Services LLC in Brandywine, MD. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation.

About the Opportunity

This role plays a critical part in driving our hiring efforts and delivering exceptional service to our team. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will support the recruitment process by coordinating candidate interviews, maintaining job postings, and ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Interviews
    • Arrange meetings between candidates and hiring managers
  • Manage Job Postings
    • Post job ads on various platforms
  • Maintain ATS Data Accuracy
    • Update applicant tracking system with relevant information
  • Candidate Communication
    • Keep candidates informed about the status of their applications
  • Onboarding Support
    • Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding documents
  • Collaboration with Recruiters and HR
    • Work with recruiters and HR to achieve hiring goals
  • Monitoring Candidate Experience
    • Evaluate and improve the overall candidate experience

For this role, we are looking for someone with 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a similar administrative position. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
