National Job Opportunity for Industrial Concrete Supervisor


We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Industrial Concrete Supervisor to oversee industrial concrete projects nationwide. As an ideal candidate, you will have 3-5 years of on-site experience managing and directing industrial concrete projects in accordance with design, budget, and schedules.


Main Responsibilities:



  • Supervise and manage on-site construction teams, ensuring that all work is completed on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Oversight of all work on site, including monitoring and managing aspects such as personnel, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
  • Set up and maintain a jobsite office, including administrative and technical support services.
  • Implement and ensure safety compliance across the project site.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, providing regular updates to the project manager.
  • Hire and manage personnel, as well as enforce company policies and procedures.
  • Order and manage job site needs, including materials and equipment.
  • Interface with clients and manage subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:



  • 3-5 years of experience as an Industrial Concrete Supervisor or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interpret and build according to drawings, specifications, and other documents.
  • Proficiency in computer software and systems, with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
  • Detailed-oriented and organized, with strong time management skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently, with a willingness to adapt to changing project requirements.

Compensation Package:


The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid weekly, health, dental, and life insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan with employer matching.
