Job Summary

As a Lease Administrator at Dollar Tree, you will be responsible for managing lease-related tasks, ensuring timely and accurate payment of rent, and coordinating changes with Lease Accounting. Your duties will include preparing store opening packages, processing estoppels and SNDAs, and maintaining accurate records of landlords and payees. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for assigned locations, providing excellent communication and problem-solving skills. This role requires strong time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare store opening packages, including confirmation of turnover and opening dates, and prepare and obtain ratified commencement certificates.

• Process estoppels and SNDAs as requested by landlords, attorneys, and lenders, and obtain fully executed originals when applicable.

• Maintain accurate records of landlords and payees, and scan, upload, and file all pertinent documentation.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned locations, providing excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Accurately report the status of all requests and projects upon request, and provide status of work on a daily and/or weekly basis as required.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in commercial lease administration, commercial real estate, or commercial property management.

• Strong time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to read and understand lease language.
