Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is between $73,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, paid time off, PTO cash out, and more.

Job Description

In this role, you will:

  • Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families in an intimate outpatient setting.
  • Work in a positive environment that supports and relies on teamwork.
  • Deliver care to patients with multiple co-morbidities requiring unique treatment plans and nursing skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • An Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing.
  • No dialysis experience required; excellent training provided.
  • A flexible schedule to work mornings, evenings, rotating Saturdays, and holiday shifts.
