Compensation & Benefits

As a Display Merchandising Specialist, you can expect a competitive compensation package, including an estimated salary of $17.00 - $17.25 per hour, depending on your location and experience.

Job Description

As a Display Merchandising Specialist, you'll play a critical role in driving sales and brand awareness through effective in-store merchandising strategies. Your responsibilities will include:

  • BUILDING OUR BRANDS: Calling on assigned stores to deliver superior in-store merchandising service, ensuring proper rotation, placement, and facing of our products to capture customer attention.
  • ESTABLISHING RELATIONSHIPS: Building and fostering relationships with store employees and managers to drive business results and improve customer satisfaction.
  • CAN DO ATTITUDE: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and working effectively under pressure.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • ABILITY TO STAND FOR 8 TO 10 HOURS A DAY: Withstanding physical activity, including stooping, kneeling, bending, pushing, and pulling.
  • ABILITY TO LIFT UP TO 40 POUNDS: Managing heavy displays and equipment with ease.
  • ABILITY TO VISIT ASSIGNED STORES DURING SHIFT: Ensuring timely completion of tasks and maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • ACCESSIBILITY APPS WHILE IN STORE: Using technology to report hours worked, daily tasks, and communicating with Retail Sales Leads.
  • ABILITY TO USE A PERSONAL VEHICLE: Reliable transportation to and from assigned stores.
  • TWO OR LESS MOVING VIOLATIONS WITHIN THE LAST 36 MONTHS: Maintaining a safe and responsible driving record.
