About the Role:

As a Physical Therapist at Advocate Aurora Health, you will play a vital role in the rehabilitation and recovery of our patients. You will be responsible for interpreting physician referrals, conducting musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary, and integumentary evaluations, and developing individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Implement individualized treatment plans, including modalities, exercise equipment, and manual techniques.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families to promote optimal recovery and wellness.

Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Wisconsin.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
