Job Overview

Blossom Chevrolet is seeking an experienced Automotive Accounting Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for processing new and used car deals, fleet deals, and calculating sales commissions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process new and used car deals, including processing fleet deals and calculating sales commissions
  • Work with the F&I team to resolve discrepancies and process service warranties, GAP cancellations, and other F&I products
  • Assist with accounts payable, including processing payments, reconciling statements, and cutting checks
  • Support the Office Manager and team members with projects and monthly closings
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of car deal processing experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Discretion, diplomacy, and a flexible attitude
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
