Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow repair guidelines to execute the full repair of all components of a pallet, including removal and replacement of defective boards.
  • Strive to meet daily production targets and maintain a high level of efficiency and productivity.
  • Conduct visual inspections to identify any defects or irregularities in pallet construction and ensure adherence to repair guidelines and quality standards.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while operating machinery and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment daily.
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with the operation and maintenance of production tools such as pneumatic nail guns.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to lift and carry 78lbs at least 63% of work shift and push/pull items with a maximum force of 34 lbs./feet.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2+ years previous experience working in an industrial, fast-moving setting with industrial machinery.
  • Knowledge of Spanish is desirable.
Working Conditions:

The role may involve working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment, with exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.
