Job Summary: As a Sun Tan City team member, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional client service and promoting our products and services. Your passion for helping others and creating a positive experience will shine through in your interactions with clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service by ensuring clients' needs are met and exceeded.
  • Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and making personalized recommendations.
  • Assist clients in finding the perfect products and services to achieve their desired glow.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tanning rooms, lobby area, restrooms, laundry, and storage areas.
  • Work collaboratively with a team to achieve sales goals and promote a positive work environment.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
  • Ability to lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes.
  • Ability to bend at the waist to clean tanning equipment.
  • Ability to perform salon cleaning functions, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, etc.
