Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Sales Performance Manager to drive business growth in the Baltimore, Maryland area. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your expertise in B2B sales and document management systems to identify new opportunities and exceed revenue targets.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to lead generation, prospecting, and qualifying leads into viable sales opportunities.
  • Create compelling business cases, proposals, and presentations to engage clients and close deals.
  • Negotiate agreement terms and build strong relationships with clients to drive long-term revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in document management systems, with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively articulate sales strategies and negotiate agreements.
  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

Compensation Package:

$70K - $75K base salary, plus a competitive commission structure that aligns with individual performance.
