Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $55 - $60 per hour, plus an uncapped incentive plan. Our benefits package includes health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) savings plan with match.* Our part-time employees are eligible for full benefits, including healthcare, effective in 2024.

Job Description

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing patient care plans in collaboration with our doctors
  • Managing your schedule to provide comprehensive patient care and education
  • Expanding your knowledge and skills through structured continuing professional development
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • An Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
  • An active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds
