Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing friendly, professional, and helpful support to our customers through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service through email correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
  • Deliver friendly, professional, and helpful support to all customers, assisting in meeting their needs or exceeding their expectations.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Problem solve and utilize available resources to locate answers to product/order questions, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of current company policies, procedures, products, and services.
  • Be flexible during busy times, helping fellow co-workers and functioning as part of a team.
  • Have the ability to multi-task and remain composed under pressure, continually learning and developing skills relevant to the role.
  • Bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic to the workplace.
