We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Associate Team Leader to join our team at H&R Block. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our tax offices during peak season.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Multi-Unit Team Leader in managing daily operations and ensuring quality execution of service standards
  • Lead daily activities to ensure all tax office associates are scheduled and work is completed according to deadlines
  • Provide exceptional client service and resolve escalated concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the Multi-Unit Team Leader and District General Manager to achieve business goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to plan and manage day-to-day office operations
  • Customer-centric mindset and strong communication skills
  • Computer proficiency with the ability to use MS Office
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Positive attitude and flexibility to work a flexible schedule
