Dishware Sanitation Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Dishware Sanitizer to join our team at Ruby Tuesday. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of all glassware, tableware, and cooking utensils/vessels. This includes setting up, maintaining, and breaking down the dish machine area, following procedures for safety and sanitation requirements.

Key Tasks:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of all glassware, tableware, and cooking utensils/vessels
  • Set up, maintain, and break down the dish machine area following procedures for safety and sanitation requirements
  • Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware
  • Bag and haul dish room trash

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies
