Behavioral Neurologist

Seeking a full-time clinical faculty member with expertise in Cognitive/Behavioral Neurology at the Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) Department of Neurology. Successful candidates will have an MD or DO and be board-certified/board-eligible in Neurology, as well as completed a Cognitive/Behavioral Neurology Fellowship.
This is a clinical position providing patient care, medical student, neurology resident, and fellow education, and participating in clinical research. The successful candidate will see patients with neurological disorders in the outpatient setting, cover night call, and participate in hospital inpatient consultation services. Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills are essential.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership skills and experience, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A strong commitment to fostering a diverse faculty, staff, and student environment is required. The individual will contribute meaningfully to the goals of the department, organization, community, and the larger field of Neurology.
