Job Summary

KidMed is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Registration Representative to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Register patients accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary information is collected.
  • Manage patient demographics, insurance information, and billing statements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient flow and efficient registration processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with HIPAA and PHI regulations, maintaining confidentiality and security of patient information.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year of experience in patient registration or a related field preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in electronic medical record systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
