Job Summary:

This strategic position is responsible for overseeing Global IT Infrastructure Services. Reporting to the Global Head of MIS, the objective of this role is to design, implement, maintain, and support cutting-edge data and telecommunications infrastructure while collaborating with users and other departments to deliver high-quality processes, controls, and system support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic direction for IT operations, including engineering and technical processes.
  • Lead and account for defining or improving methodologies for configuration management, incident management, problem management, change management, release management, service level management, availability management, and IT service continuity management.
  • Manage budget planning, resource allocation, and contribute to planning the technical direction of the IT infrastructure.
  • Identify gaps in existing methodologies to drive continuous improvement and redundancy within the IT department.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience, with expertise in Cloud infrastructure, voice and data networking, systems operations, servers, storage, client computing, and production control groups.
  2. Excellent understanding of new technologies and ability to find innovative solutions.
  3. Proven experience managing a technical operation supporting both transactional and decision-support computing resources for a large organization.
  4. Demonstrated leadership experience of 10+ team members, including team leaders and individual contributors across multiple global locations.
  5. Overall responsibility for recruitment, development, and performance management of individuals within the technology department.
  6. Experience managing vendor relationships.
  7. Strong negotiation skills, with experience making recommendations on hardware purchases based on necessity and cost.
  8. Exceptional interpersonal skills, including ability to develop effective working relationships with others in a global environment.
  9. Ability to effectively communicate orally and in written form, resolve conflicts, and make decisions.

Salary: Estimated $180,000 - $220,000 per year
