We seek a highly motivated and compassionate Program Coordinator to join our team in Plano, Texas. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD).

About the Role
  • Maintain open communication with staff and ensure My Possibilities' culture is visible throughout the organization.
  • Collaborate with the Program Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Education Program.
  • Assist with staff scheduling, HIPster scheduling, and semester preparation.
  • Oversee program notes, corrective actions, observations, new hire programs, behaviors, medical concerns, and parent communication.
  • Adhere to confidentiality guidelines and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

This is a full-time position that requires working in person at our campus in Plano, Texas. The ideal candidate will have experience working with adults with special needs, strong leadership skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, preferably in Special Education or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with IDD.
  • Current driver's license, acceptable driving record, and valid car insurance required.
  • Ability to clear a background check and obtain certifications in CPR/First Aid and nonviolent crisis intervention.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $45,000 - $50,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a range of benefits, including paid time off, health insurance, company-sponsored 401(k) Plan, and more.
