Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Construction Financial Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in project billing, invoicing, and financial reporting, with proficiency in QuickBooks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Project Managers on job setup and data entry.
  • Prepare and issue monthly AIA, Time & Materials, and Stipulated Sum invoices.
  • Reconcile WIP accounts and maintain invoice files.
  • Input subcontractor invoices, AIA documents, and material orders.
  • Ensure accuracy of client accounts, change orders, and subcontractor details.
  • Generate reports for project teams and maintain subcontractor insurance records.
  • Organize project folders and maintain the billing schedule.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and assist in collections.
  • Process job-related invoices and address accounts payable issues.
  • Assist with year-end financial reviews.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of construction accounting experience.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks.
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
