About the Job:
This role is a key member of our Human Resources team, responsible for providing strategic support to business leaders and driving initiatives that improve employee engagement, retention, and overall business performance. As an HR Business Partner, you will be a trusted advisor to senior leadership, working closely with them to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HR expertise and guidance to business leaders on talent management, succession planning, performance management, and employee development.
- Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives that drive business results, such as diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs, workshops, and other learning experiences that meet business needs.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop recommendations to enhance HR practices and policies.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, and apply this knowledge to inform HR decisions and strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in human resources, with a focus on business partnership and consulting.
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing HR programs and initiatives that drive business results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform HR decisions and strategies.
