Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse in Oncology to join our team at Williamson Health, located in Franklin, Tennessee. As an Oncology Nurse, you will provide comprehensive care to patients with various types of cancer, while collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive assessments of patients to identify their unique needs and develop individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting informed decision-making and self-advocacy.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information, adhering to regulatory requirements and quality standards.
Requirements
  • Earned a nursing diploma or degree from a college or university.
  • Licensed in the State of Tennessee.
  • BLS within 90 days of hire.
  • Oncology experience preferred, but not required.
