About the Role

The ideal candidate will be a licensed Cosmetologist/Barber with a passion for delivering exceptional haircuts and building strong connections with customers. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic team member to join our Ohana Clips salon team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality haircuts and styling services to clients
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the Great Clips brand and services
  • Work collaboratively with teammates to maintain a positive and supportive salon environment
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Cosmetology and/or Barber License
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced salon environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency
