Job Description

At Hacienda Ford, we're seeking a skilled Automotive Repair Technician to join our team. As a Body Shop Repair Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing and assessing damaged vehicles to ensure quality repairs that meet manufacturer standards.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Repair vehicles according to estimate and manufacturer standards.
  • Disassemble and repair vehicles with attention to detail.
  • Prepare vehicles for body repair work.
  • Notify management of additional repairs needed and document required parts and labor.
  • Perform proper tool and equipment usage and maintenance.
  • Assist other personnel in the repair and prepping of vehicles as needed.
  • Maintain a clean work area and comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the company's values in all interactions.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
