About the Role

CVS Health is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Pharmacist to join our team. As a critical member of our pharmacy team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care and promoting healthy outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing pharmacy operations, ensuring seamless delivery of patient care and services.
  • Oversee the management, oversight, and operation of all aspects within the pharmacy, including patient safety, pharmacy professional practice, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, customer service, personnel management, inventory management, financial profitability, and loss prevention.
  • Lead with heart, displaying empathy and compassion for patients, customers, caregivers, and colleagues, and motivate, inspire, and develop pharmacy support staff to maximize their strengths and address development opportunities.
  • Identify critical business opportunities and contribute to the development of meaningful solutions to drive growth and improve performance in the pharmacy.
  • Successfully implement solutions by leading the team to achieve specified goals and adapt to change, adjusting plans to thrive in a dynamic community healthcare setting.
Requirements
  • Active pharmacy license in the state of employment.
  • Immunization certification through an accredited organization.
  • No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances.
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree.
