We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Medical Office Professional to join our team at Occupational Medicine Consultants. As a full-time or part-time Registered Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our busy occupational medicine clinic.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and service. You will work closely with our healthcare professionals to provide accurate and efficient clinical procedures, including height, weight, vision, vital signs, pulmonary function tests (PFT), electrocardiograms (EKG), audio testing, exercise tolerance tests (GXT), and forensic specimen collection.

To succeed in this role, you must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in a fast-paced environment. Your accuracy and attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring the highest quality of patient care and compliance with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have completed a medical assisting program or have equivalent experience in a medical setting. Certification in phlebotomy, OSHA surveillance testing proficiency, and DataCertification are also highly desirable. We offer competitive compensation, with an estimated salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
